About
My history of designing usable, interactive solutions is extensive. I have spent the last few years as a senior level professional in the following areas: advertising, interactive, multimedia, and marketing.
Skills / Qualifications
- Have directed/managed multi-disciplinary creative teams in the production of Internet and multimedia products, and have worked in multi-disciplinary teams that included producers, artists, designers, writers, and engineers.
- Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives.
- Have demonstrated the ability to ment
- or and guide other graphic designers.
- Mastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification, usability and interactive design.
- Funtional graphic design expertise.
My greatest strength is my ability to understand the specific needs of clients and work
with them in partnership to develop customized, content-rich sites that are driven by
strong design elements, cutting-edge functionality, and intuitive navigation.
In this industry, look and feel, layout, and identity are often presented to the client as a solution to their problems.
In direct contrast, a good designer will always cite strategic objectives and user needs first. Without well-stated, measurable goals, marketing is purposeless.
I feel that a website should embody the client's mission for being online. A website
should meet the client's communication goals for its target audience groups. A website
should engage the targeted user with a suitable design presentation and easy navigation.
My approach ensures a high level of brand consistency. A website should capture
the content in a customized but flexible platform. Once the site concept is clearly
articulated in an effective design framework, I continue to work in collaboration with
the client to translate the design into the fully functional website.
